Our Civil Structural group is the cornerstone of our designs. This team is comprised of licensed Engineers. We know all good designs start with a solid foundation. Since foundations are typically installed first, our Civil Structural group understands coordination with the other departments to prep the site and set locations for equipment and supports is critical to project success

Plant Design
Our engineers have extensive experience in both greenfield and brownfield design and understand that working in an existing facility presents a host of challenges. It requires a different skill set to discover client preferences and effectively integrate within existing designs. Our engineers work at site during the design phase gathering the data to design upgrades and expansions that are not only efficient and optimized, but also take current and planned operations into consideration. Our 3D model allows us to provide client’s with a visual representation of the final design.

Instrumentation & Controls
Our Engineers and Designers offer a wide variety of experience with instrumentation, communications, control systems and safety instrumented systems (SIS). With our expertise in these areas, our clients can rely on us to perform program management within their facilities to replace aging electrical assets, upgrade instrumentation, and comply with safety codes. In partnership with our client, we participate in hazard reviews to identify safetycritical parts of the process. When risks cannot be eliminated in the design, we employ our vast experience implementing SIS applications to avoid adverse consequences. Mutanabbi have been delivering projects with the goal of improving reliability and safety of electrical systems. This is achieved by upgrading antiquated electrical equipment to reduce potential for arc flash making equipment safer for maintenance and operations, and increasing reliability through redundant power sources for critical processes. We optimize system performance by balancing loads and coordinating electrical circuit protection, thus reducing plant downtime. When working on projects, we apply our knowledge of codes and standards to perform hazardous area classification evaluations. Construction
Mutanabbi International provides a full range of construction services at the site. Upon completion of the construction, we carry out all the tests of the performance and reliability as specified in the contract. After the successful completion of the tests, we provide the client with all the documentation, including a detailed description of the design drawings, maintenance and operation manuals etc.
